Subtitled Soundsystem Culture: Black Musical Expression In The UK 1973 - 2006, the compilation is released in conjunction with Tate Britain's current exhibition of the same name. There are tracks from Digital Mystikz, The Ragga Twins, Funk Masters, Shut Up And Dance, Asher Senator, Sandra Reid, Brown Sugar and more.

"This soundtrack is as beautiful and as varied as the art itself," said journalist Lloyd Bradley, "offering stories of immigration and settlement that can exist without filters or outside interference, providing a vivid snapshot of one of the cornerstones of Black British culture."
