Sama Abdulhadi’s rise to becoming one of the first DJs to emerge internationally from Palestine can be traced back to Beirut, where she immersed herself in the burgeoning local techno scene. Her DJ sets are known for being high-octane, punchy techno with a distinguished and defined ark, encompassing a broad range of sounds in from beginning to end. On this mix Sama’s techno collaboration with musician-performer Walaa Sbait of Ministry of Dub-Key and Galilee Records on lead track ‘Well Fee’ standing out with its Arabic love-lament vocal. Acid Arab's 'Laba Staifia (Ammar 808 Remix)' rounds off the comp - a notable delivery from the mighty Paris-based, French-Algerian electronic music collective. Contributing artists from east to west, established to up-and-coming producers cover melodic and techno genres making this one of the most all-compassing deliveries to the historic series.
