The weather is cooling off beautifully, just in time for art walk this Saturday evening. We’d like to humbly recommend riding your bike – parking sucks and it’s much easier to lock up your bike than to find a spot. Either way be safe!
At this month’s art walk, Sweat is happy to be a part of two cool shows going on.
1) At the Cafeina Gallery (297 NW 23rd St), Orlando’s Neon Forest Gallery presents a subconscious/occult-themed group show called INTO THE VOID. The main reception is Friday night but they’ll be open Saturday as well. Full list of artists and info after the jump.
2) We’ve already been whispering to you about Oh, Jack. Well here’s another taste: this Saturday head to Product 81 Gallery (2311 NW 2nd Ave) for Goth, Sex + Alter Egos. They’ll be showing photos from the last two years of Supermarket’s Halloween “vignettes” – awesome themed and staged sets where party-goers were invited to step in and get snapped by acclaimed photographer Stian Roenning. Complimentary 42Below vodka cocktails too!
