-Book Club meeting tonight! It’s also all-you-can-eat yummy curry night at Churchill’s so stop on by for some home-cooked dinner and literary conversation! It’s 8pm at the shop.

-Sweat’s got in some DOPE new toys – both colorways of the new MAD VILLAIN M.F. Doom figure (nearly sold out online, get them at Sweat and save the shipping!) and the new AZTECA 3″ DUNNY series with a ton of awesome designs by Mexican artists. Check them out at Kid Robot

-Also, starting today we’ve got tickets for sale for THE DEARS and YO LA TENGO shows at Studio A ($15 each with no extra charges, details below), with tickets for the Langerado Festival arriving any day now. Come and get ’em!

RAG TRADE opens Saturday!! Sweat’s good friend Stephanie Spiegel is opening an awesome thrift/exchange store where you can bring in your old clothes and exchange them for other top-notch used stuff or cool new rags by indie designers!! The store is super GREEN and uses recycled materials whenever possible. Please support them by visiting during their grand opening celebration this Saturday, January 20th from noon to 6pm – there will be DJs (including yours truly), a bounce house, dogs from Dogma, and good vibes!!
