Friday, February 5th: Roofless Records presents the Curious Hair / Flux Forces Tape Release Show with live performances by LITTLE BEARD, CURIOUS HAIR, FLUX FORCES and XELA ZAID! $3 cover -or- $4 for cover and one tape -or- $5 for cover and both tapes. 9pm.
Friday, February 5th: Dreamy electropoppers MILLION YOUNG make their Fridays at The Vagabond debut, with special guest DJ Laura of Miami from WVUM!
Saturday, February 6th: TOTALLY NEBULAR and ANTEATERS AND THE WOMEN WHO LOVE THEM perform live in-store. 7pm.
Monday, February 8th: In honor of The Who being in our hood, Movie Mondays presents a free screening of their 1979 mods-vs-rockers movie QUADROPHENIA. This iconic film features British teen angst, super slick duds and scooters, an amazing soundtrack and baby-faced Sting as the moddest of the mod. Seating at 8, film at 8.30.
Tuesday, February 9th: CASA DE HA-HA de Februrary! Host Daniel Reskin brings you some of South Florida’s funniest freaks folks for a night of stand-up comedy. 8.30pm, no cover.
Wednesday, February 10th: Sweat co-founder Sara returns to Sweat for a special Valentine’s Edition of Origami Night! Learn to fold hearts, cards, love trinkets, and perhaps a naughty project or two… $5 materials fee, starts at 8pm at Sweat.
Thursday, February 11th: Touring indie-pop duo BELOVED BINGE (Durham, NC) make a stop at Sweat Records for an in-store performance! 8pm, no cover.
Thursday, February 11th: ALUKARD CD Release Party + Miami New Times Artopia After-party at (((SHAKE))) at The Vagabond.
Friday, February 12th: ANIMALS OF THE ARCTIC perform live at Fridays at The Vagabond!
Saturday, February 13th: Renowned sound artists Gustavo Matamoros + Rene Barge present SWEAT IN C, an audio installation at the shop as part of the 2010 International Noise Conference. 7-11pm, free.
Thursday, February 18th: Lolo DJs at Locust Projects for their inaugural Locus Out Loud event. 155 NE 38th St. Ste. 100.
Thursday, February 18th: (((SHAKE))) presents their 10th GET LOW dubstep/party bass show at The Vagabond with an all-local lineup! GET LOW T-Shirt Release Party!

Saturday, February 20th: RACHEL GOODRICH performs an intimate set at Sweat Records, plus we’ll debut the Rachel Goodrich “Light Bulb” music video contest winner! 9pm.
Monday, February 23rd: Sweat is proud to present the official South Florida debut screening of END OF THE LINE! This documentary dares you to “imagine a world without fish” while presenting the realities and ramifications of the dire overfishing going on right now in our oceans. Full info and previews here. No cover, seating at 8pm, film at 8.30.

Friday, February 26th: Fridays at The Vagabond presents the psych-rock sounds of ARBOLES LIBRES.
