This week we’ve got two cool events to finish out the month!

Thursday night is the next installment in our Music Movie Series with O Cinema. We’ll be hosting a one-night-only screening of 1979 punk documentary D.O.A.: A Right of Passage which centers around the Sex Pistols’ last US tour which ultimately culminated in their breakup. The film also features the Dead Boys, X, and a ton of other punk icons. Screening stars at 9pm, all ages are welcome, and tickets are available here.

Then on the 25th is February’s Classic Album Sundays at Sweat! We’re celebrating the 20th anniversary of both Neutral Milk Hotel’s In An Aeroplane Over The Sea and Elliott Smith’s XO! Deja Vu Audio South will be providing an insane sound system as always so you can enjoy hi-fi vinyl playbacks of both albums. Complimentary PBR and pizza while supplies last, and we have a special NMH prize pack to give away courtesy of Merge Records! Advance tickets are going fast and are available here, or it’s $10 at the door. 5-8pm, all ages welcome.

See you this week!
