Matador is one of the best record labels on earth, period. Pavement, Yo La Tengo, Cat Power, Sonic Youth, Kurt Vile, Matmos, Belle & Sebastian… basically the state of music would suck without them. (Also, I was their Miami street team rep in high school and it was awesome.)
