PLAINS – PLAINS CD:
After releasing the excellent Innovator 7″on Discosoma Records about a year ago, Plains’ highly anticipated full-length debut is finally available! Beached Miami had some wonderful things to say, calling it “a rare combination of technical savvy, good taste, and talent — the humble trinity that early indie rock, post-punk, and grunge-era bands all thrived on… PLAINS is the rare record sans a skippable song, a collection of intelligent rock… a collection of songs that sound checks many while mimicking none.
