A Sonic Tragicomedy In Five Acts

Tonight at Churchill’s, the Laundry Room Squelchers and Roofless Records present A MIDSUMMER NOISE DREAM. The reason for the season is BLUE SABBATH BLACK FIJI, a noise duo from Glasgow, Scotland with an exceptionally varied style rooted in frenetic guitar, big beats, and wall of sound droning.

In addition to the always unpredictable LAUNDRY ROOM SQUELCHERS, opening acts include Hollywood-based punk jazz slugger KENNY MILLIONS, RAUH (power electronics from David Smith of Mehkago N.T., Shitstorm and Heartstrings), and NAGS HEAD (process-based noise from local artist Jay Hines). Luckily, Sweat sells earplugs, so pick up a pair and take the plunge.
