    A Blog About ZOG

    by Lolo

For anyone who grew up in Miami, Power96 was just inescapable. Malls, skating rinks, school buses… hell, they even had their DJs at my middle school dance.

For the past decade, a staple of that station has been DJ ZOG, who still makes everyone’s commute a little fresher with his “5 o’clock Traffic Jam” where he mixes LIVE and throws in everything from old school hip hop to reggae, dance, and beyond…

In case you didn’t grow up here or you just missed the boat, Zog himself is guest DJing at the (((SHAKE))) SUMMERTIME BOOTY JAM tomorrow night at The Vagabond!  Not only that, but there will be a special performance by DANCESTASY led by Debbie D of Avenue D so you know it’ll be a neon-clad, booty-riffic dance spectacular!

Plus of course the usual Thursday night ridiculousness including quarts aplenty, NES games, live painting, food, and the thumping sounds of DJs Doormouse, Alex Case, A-Train, DS, Johnny Strokes and Keen One.

Check out Zog’s page on the Power96 site, follow him on Twitter and don’t miss the Booty Jam tomorrow!
